Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, ideally within technical SaaS, infrastructure, or developer-focused products.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, platform architecture, or observability-related domains such as tracing, metrics, or monitoring.
- Proven ability to operate across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping through launch and iteration.
- Excellent communication skills with experience influencing engineering, design, and business stakeholders in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrated systems thinking with the ability to connect backend architecture, user experience, and product strategy into a cohesive vision.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments, with a track record of driving clarity and execution in fast-moving settings.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-informed decision-making and a user-first approach to product development.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve core platform capabilities including ingest, querying, data retrieval, storage systems, and internal design frameworks, ensuring scalability and reliability across the product ecosystem.
- Translate customer needs, engineering constraints, and internal stakeholder input into a coherent platform roadmap aligned with long-term product strategy.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to drive execution across complex technical initiatives while ensuring alignment across product, design, and infrastructure groups.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to incorporate real-world feedback and ensure platform decisions reflect user needs and market expectations.
- Define and promote platform best practices, enabling a consistent and high-quality developer experience across all product surfaces.
- Lead discovery efforts, balancing strategic vision with iterative delivery to continuously improve platform capabilities and user outcomes.
