Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Fluent in English.
- Private workspace free from noise and interruptions.
- USB noise-canceling microphone headset.
- Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps.
- Available to work both Saturday and Sunday (mandatory) plus at least 1 weekday.
- Ability to work 10-hour blocks or split shifts within 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM PST.
- Strong spatial awareness and ability to orient using 2D and 3D maps.
- Strong vocabulary and descriptive language skills.
- Proficiency with PCs, Macs, smartphones, and online platforms.
Responsibilities
- Clearly and accurately present on-demand visual information to blind and low vision customers.
- Consistently answer calls while scheduled.
- Display a composed and professional demeanor.
- Engage and support the team by participating in team-building exercises and contributing to organizational growth.
- Maintain strict data privacy standards and confidentiality.
- Anticipate Explorers’ needs and provide exceptional customer experience.
