Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting executives, business leaders, or senior stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven experience managing calendars, scheduling, and executive communications
- Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms
- Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of anticipating needs before they arise
- Adaptable to changing priorities and business requirements
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Support inbox management, email correspondence, and communication on behalf of leadership
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics as needed
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and supporting documentation
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-up items to ensure timely completion
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation systems
- Assist with project coordination and operational initiatives across teams
- Conduct research and gather information to support business decisions
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external partners
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
