Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of related experience and training.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management or customer service experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
- Understanding of healthcare, health IT, payments, or regulated industries.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 or similar software.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage ambiguity.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including occasional weekends.
- Flexibility to work alternate schedules as required.
- PMP or PBA certification is preferred.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple customer accounts as a primary representative to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and monitor Customer Success Plans to ensure exceptional user experience.
- Manage and own project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal resources across Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans for effective resolution.
- Facilitate 1:1, state user groups, and other customer-focused sessions.
- Drive account retention and sales of additional product functionality and modules.
