Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of related experience and training.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management or customer service experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
  • Understanding of healthcare, health IT, payments, or regulated industries.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 or similar software.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage ambiguity.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including occasional weekends.
  • Flexibility to work alternate schedules as required.
  • PMP or PBA certification is preferred.
  • Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple customer accounts as a primary representative to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and monitor Customer Success Plans to ensure exceptional user experience.
  • Manage and own project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal resources across Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans for effective resolution.
  • Facilitate 1:1, state user groups, and other customer-focused sessions.
  • Drive account retention and sales of additional product functionality and modules.
