Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (equivalent combination of education and experience considered)
5+ years of relevant professional experience; minimum 7 years of experience within the scope of the contract
Comprehensive expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, APIs, and contact center technologies
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale enterprise application integrations
Active Tier 2 Security Clearance (formerly NACI) at time of call order issuance (required)
Hardwired internet connection via ethernet cable
Minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload internet speed
Ability to maintain a private, secure work area for sensitive information

Provide design and implementation expertise to a cross-functional Salesforce integration team
Design and develop software applications and integration solutions from business requirements
Develop, prototype, and test solutions for large-scale Salesforce and cloud-based contact center integration implementations
Lead the technical design and implementation of API connectors to IVR, CTI, and Knowledge Management databases
Direct and create interfaces for application code, relational databases, and computer hardware systems
Ensure compliance with applicable IT governance standards for all CRM development and integration implementations
Support testing, identify defects, and drive remediation
Provide guidance, coaching, and technical mentorship to junior developers
Support UAT and go-live activities
Lead knowledge transfer sessions with the client support team during technology implementation
