Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and explain services
- Handle orders and process payments
- Update and maintain an accurate customer database
- Upsell additional products to customers
- Solve customer questions and complaints
- Achieve personal and team sales goals
- Revise and check reports and production lists
