Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional marketing experience with a proven track record in campaign management.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM strategies and analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in design and presentation tools such as Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and maintain strong communication.
- Comfort and ability to work US business hours (Night Shift in the Philippines).
- Experience supporting US-based clients or organizations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute integrated marketing plans supporting growth across US workforce development markets.
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, and content channels.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for 25–30 annual industry conferences, including registration and sponsorships.
- Create and edit video content for social media, webinars, and sales enablement using design platforms.
- Maintain the company website and draft copy for various campaign materials to ensure brand consistency.
- Define marketing KPIs, track results, and report performance to leadership.
- Own the national webinar calendar and coordinate speaker and technical logistics.
