  • Previous experience in event planning, travel coordination, hospitality, or sports management is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Secure and manage hotel room blocks for parents and coordinate accommodations for coaches of over 35 NEVBC girls and boys club teams.
  • Ensure compliance with tournament stay-to-play requirements.
  • Maintain and update the NEVBC travel web page with accurate booking links, deadlines, and instructions.
  • Serve as the primary resource for families for travel-related questions and provide timely support.
  • Coordinate coach travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Monitor travel budgets, track expenses, and process coach stipends and reimbursements.
