Requirements

- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Occasional evening and weekend availability required to address urgent travel matters.
- Previous experience in event planning, travel coordination, hospitality, or sports management is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Secure and manage hotel room blocks for parents and coordinate accommodations for coaches of over 35 NEVBC girls and boys club teams.
- Ensure compliance with tournament stay-to-play requirements.
- Maintain and update the NEVBC travel web page with accurate booking links, deadlines, and instructions.
- Serve as the primary resource for families for travel-related questions and provide timely support.
- Coordinate coach travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Monitor travel budgets, track expenses, and process coach stipends and reimbursements.
