Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years of experience in a related field
- Licensed Hairstylist or Cosmetologist
- Strong presentation skills with experience facilitating to various audiences
- Proven sales growth record in the beauty industry
- Expertise across multi-channel retail environments including Ulta and Sephora
- Experience in the hair category, particularly with curly/textured hair and salons
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic territory plans and conduct quarterly business reviews
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong skills in negotiation, analytics, sales planning, budgeting, and relationship management
- Reliable transportation for travel to store locations; valid driver’s license
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish/French) preferred
Responsibilities
- Create and implement innovative educational strategies to grow the business across the full brand portfolio.
- Facilitate technical education for sales consultants, store employees, and salon staff in live and virtual settings.
- Build and execute strategic territory growth plans with retail partners to drive incremental sales.
- Plan and execute in-store events and activations to elevate customer experience and brand visibility.
- Own key relationships with retailers like Ulta, Sephora, Nordstrom, and Macy's to drive awareness and sales.
- Recruit, hire, coach, and retain Account Coordinators and Independent Contractors.
- Manage sales budgets and provide weekly recaps of team performance to leadership.
- Track and report sales metrics using tools like Salesforce and SharePoint.
