Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, product strategy, sales enablement, or content marketing.
- Proven experience partnering directly with sales teams to drive commercial outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional relationships and collaborate with subject matter experts.
- Track record of leveraging competitive intelligence and VOC to inform market evaluation and pricing strategy.
- Experience creating high-quality marketing collateral, sales tools, or enablement materials.
- Strong project management skills with ability to maintain content repositories.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for various audiences.
- Nice to have: Experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, or digital health.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of marketing strategies and campaigns for established and new product lines.
- Lead competitive intelligence and Voice of the Customer (VOC) initiatives to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop high-impact marketing assets including website copy, one-pagers, slide decks, and videos.
- Partner with Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations to support sales conversations through playbooks and competitive briefs.
- Collaborate with internal SMEs to translate complex technical features into customer-facing value propositions.
- Maintain and optimize sales enablement assets to ensure messaging accuracy and effectiveness.
