Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency (required for working with US clients).
  • Experience in technical support and methodical problem-solving for complex challenges.
  • Advanced hardware and networking knowledge.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools and diverse file types including XML, HTML, SGML, MS Office, and FrameMaker.
  • Experience using enterprise ticketing systems such as Salesforce or BMC.
  • Strong diplomatic, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze processes and propose optimization strategies.
  • Keen interest in emerging technologies and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues including server-wide performance and CMS integrations.
  • Resolve escalated technical issues by coordinating with CloudOps, Product Development, and Professional Services teams.
  • Communicate system outages and critical technical issues to project managers and clients.
  • Mentor junior team members and diagnose system bugs.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end technical configurations and conduct comprehensive testing.
  • Document functional specifications to guide developers on customisations.
  • Deliver system training and create documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advise users on new technology releases and identify workflow efficiency gains.
