Requirements
- Significant experience leading complex programmes in a consulting or delivery environment
- Proven ability to operate at senior stakeholder and SLT level
- Deep experience across the full programme lifecycle (initiation, business case, planning, resourcing, risk management)
- Proficiency in Agile and/or waterfall delivery approaches
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing programme financials
- Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Clear, credible communication at all levels
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Experience in public sector transformation and ERP programmes is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Lead complex client programmes as a trusted and credible advisor
- Own the planning and delivery of programmes in line with agreed Statements of Work
- Conduct discovery and diagnostic work, developing recommendations and delivery plans
- Lead programme governance, including Programme Boards and senior stakeholder engagement
- Manage multi-disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Own programme financials, ensuring delivery against resourcing and margin expectations
- Identify and progress follow-on opportunities with existing clients
