Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Architecture.
- Experience within a SaaS, MarTech, Contact Center, or Revenue Management platform environment.
- Expert-level knowledge of the hospitality industry ecosystem (PMS, CRS, CRM, booking engines).
- Mastery in discussing and troubleshooting RESTful APIs, webhooks, SSO (SAML/OAuth), and cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge of data security standards including PCI and GDPR.
- Proven ability to present technical architectures to executive audiences.
- Strong consultative, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively across departments and promote cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to travel as needed for business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sophisticated discovery sessions to uncover critical business and technical requirements.
- Translate requirements into robust, multi-product solution blueprints.
- Deliver high-quality product demonstrations with clear objectives and success criteria.
- Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and Infosec Questionnaires.
- Present and defend complex technical architectures to C-level executives at major hotel brands.
- Own technical sales FAQs and maintain consistent product knowledge documentation.
- Collaborate with Product Management to influence product enhancements based on client needs.
- Travel throughout sales territory to support business development events and client presentations.
