Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Architecture.
  • Experience within a SaaS, MarTech, Contact Center, or Revenue Management platform environment.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the hospitality industry ecosystem (PMS, CRS, CRM, booking engines).
  • Mastery in discussing and troubleshooting RESTful APIs, webhooks, SSO (SAML/OAuth), and cloud infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of data security standards including PCI and GDPR.
  • Proven ability to present technical architectures to executive audiences.
  • Strong consultative, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across departments and promote cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to travel as needed for business development activities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sophisticated discovery sessions to uncover critical business and technical requirements.
  • Translate requirements into robust, multi-product solution blueprints.
  • Deliver high-quality product demonstrations with clear objectives and success criteria.
  • Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and Infosec Questionnaires.
  • Present and defend complex technical architectures to C-level executives at major hotel brands.
  • Own technical sales FAQs and maintain consistent product knowledge documentation.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to influence product enhancements based on client needs.
  • Travel throughout sales territory to support business development events and client presentations.
