Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Architecture.
- Experience in SaaS, MarTech, Contact Center, or Revenue Management environments.
- Expert-level knowledge of the hospitality industry ecosystem (PMS, CRS, CRM, booking engines).
- Mastery of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and SSO (SAML/OAuth).
- Knowledge of data security (PCI/GDPR) and cloud infrastructure concepts.
- Ability to architect and troubleshoot complex technical solutions.
- Strong consultative, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to communicate and present technical value to executive audiences.
- Ability to travel as needed for business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sophisticated discovery sessions to uncover critical business and technical requirements.
- Translate requirements into robust, multi-product solution blueprints.
- Deliver high-quality technical demos with clear objectives and scope control.
- Present and defend complex technical architectures and value propositions to C-level executives.
- Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and Infosec Questionnaires.
- Manage technical sales FAQs and ensure consistent, accurate data for security and platform questions.
- Collaborate with Product Management to advocate for client-requested enhancements.
- Provide product training and onboarding for new sales reps and solution engineers.
