Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Architecture.
  • Experience in SaaS, MarTech, Contact Center, or Revenue Management environments.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the hospitality industry ecosystem (PMS, CRS, CRM, booking engines).
  • Mastery of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and SSO (SAML/OAuth).
  • Knowledge of data security (PCI/GDPR) and cloud infrastructure concepts.
  • Ability to architect and troubleshoot complex technical solutions.
  • Strong consultative, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate and present technical value to executive audiences.
  • Ability to travel as needed for business development activities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sophisticated discovery sessions to uncover critical business and technical requirements.
  • Translate requirements into robust, multi-product solution blueprints.
  • Deliver high-quality technical demos with clear objectives and scope control.
  • Present and defend complex technical architectures and value propositions to C-level executives.
  • Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and Infosec Questionnaires.
  • Manage technical sales FAQs and ensure consistent, accurate data for security and platform questions.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to advocate for client-requested enhancements.
  • Provide product training and onboarding for new sales reps and solution engineers.
