Requirements
- Proven experience in security hardening, control implementation, and optimization.
- Deep technical knowledge in deploying/configuring EDR/MDR, IAM, and Email Security.
- Extensive experience implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Active Directory/Entra ID improvements.
- Expertise in network architecture, including firewall remediation, VPN, ZTNA, and SASE.
- Experience hardening cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Strong communication skills for guiding customers through remediation in high-stress, post-event periods.
- Ability to identify and categorize security control gaps for rapid, high-impact remediation.
- Experience collecting/analyzing data from security tools for informed risk management.
- Track record of translating emerging threat insights into proactive defensive measures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted environment reviews to identify security control gaps.
- Analyze and prioritize system weaknesses across cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Deploy security improvements including endpoint protection, email security, and network access controls.
- Integrate zero-trust principles and identity protections for resilient access management.
- Execute technical hardening measures to eliminate attack vectors.
- Translate technical improvements into strategic business value for insured clients.
- Update technical betterment playbooks and vet new security solutions.
- Provide anonymized engagement insights to internal risk and insurance teams.
