Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a developer.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: Python, Java, Golang, TypeScript, or .NET.
- Experience deploying and managing medium to large-scale architectures using Kubernetes or Docker.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana for troubleshooting performance and availability.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an internal or external customer-facing role.
- Experience working with or as part of remote teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to seek to understand issues, lead with data, and rely on facts.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the frontline technical expert for the developer community, troubleshooting complex infrastructure and performance issues.
- Help users deploy, scale, and optimize Temporal within cloud-native environments.
- Develop and troubleshoot implementation patterns, including use cases, SDK options, and code reviews.
- Build observability solutions using tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
- Manage infrastructure operations using Terraform and IaC practices.
- Engage with internal engineering and product teams to influence platform improvements based on user feedback.
- Develop self-service diagnostic tools to simplify troubleshooting for the developer community.
