Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience carrying a sales quota.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling into DTC or ecommerce brands.
  • Proven track record of closing full-cycle deals for platform, software, performance, adtech, or media products.
  • Documented and consistent history of quota attainment.
  • Deep fluency in DTC economics, including CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Experience with the ecommerce technology stack (Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, Meta, Google).
  • Ability to effectively communicate with CMOs and VPs of Growth regarding acquisition, retention, and segmentation strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful mindset with the ability to build and execute a personal sales playbook.
  • Proficiency in managing sales processes in a CRM (HubSpot).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, agency partners, events, and personal networks.
  • Execute the full sales cycle from discovery and demos to closing deals in a high-velocity environment.
  • Develop ROI business cases highlighting incremental revenue potential for prospective brands.
  • Manage deals with key stakeholders including VPs of Growth, ecommerce leads, and founders.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and sales forecasts within HubSpot.
  • Provide product feedback to internal teams to address market gaps and customer needs.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategy refinement as the company scales into new verticals.
