Job Details

Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles guiding solution design and evaluations.
Ability to solve complex customer issues and cross-functional technical scenarios.
Deep knowledge of the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Understanding of DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD, security, and cloud concepts.
Hands-on familiarity with GitLab or similar source code management and CI/CD platforms.
Experience facilitating workshops and leading proofs of concept (POC) or proofs of value (POV).
Experience contributing to technical assessments, audits, or tender responses.
Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for various stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with a customer-focused, consultative approach.
Interest in continuous learning and applying expertise in AI and DevSecOps.

Guide technical discovery, product demonstrations, and validation activities to improve technical win rates.
Own the technical evaluation process, including solution design, workshop facilitation, and proof of value execution.
Develop end-to-end technical strategies for assigned accounts to expand platform adoption and reduce delivery risk.
Collaborate with Account Executives to shape account plans and align technical strategy with customer business outcomes.
Advise technical practitioners on modern software development, security, cloud, and CI/CD practices.
Drive competitive analysis and positioning to clarify GitLab's differentiated approach.
Represent the voice of the customer by providing feedback to Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing.
Mentor other Solutions Architects and contribute to technical collateral and team learning initiatives.
