Requirements

  • CPhT certification
  • 3+ years pharmacy technician experience (specialty preferred)
  • Proven leadership experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Operational and project management expertise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with pharmacy/EMR systems (Willow, QS1, RX30 preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Patient Support Associates
  • Provide coaching, performance management, and professional development
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Ensure medication access through management of refills, prior authorizations, and financial assistance
  • Maintain service level goals and quality standards for pharmacy workflows
  • Conduct system audits and identify process improvements
  • Partner with hospital stakeholders through regular meetings
