- 3+ years pharmacy technician experience (specialty preferred)
- Proven leadership experience

- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Operational and project management expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with pharmacy/EMR systems (Willow, QS1, RX30 preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Patient Support Associates
- Provide coaching, performance management, and professional development
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Ensure medication access through management of refills, prior authorizations, and financial assistance
- Maintain service level goals and quality standards for pharmacy workflows
- Conduct system audits and identify process improvements
- Partner with hospital stakeholders through regular meetings
