Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building complex systems or working within regulated industries.
- Focus on scaling complex systems.
- Ability to work autonomously on team-wide projects.
- Experience working in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.
- Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders and end customers.
- Track record of high quality, quick decision-making.
- Curiosity and tenacity to debug complex problems in intricate systems.
- Desire to learn current stack: Python/Django, React, Typescript, AWS, Terraform, Postgres, Temporal, Github.
