Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Natural sales ability with confidence to sell products effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-driven and competitive nature with a focus on metrics and goals.
- Comfortable working remotely with high accountability and ownership.
- Ability to work a 6-day work week.
- Available for full-time work (10 AM – 7 PM).
Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and outreach campaigns.
- Understand client pain points and identify opportunities where Weekday AI creates value.
- Drive qualification conversations and schedule product walkthroughs with decision-makers.
- Maintain active follow-ups to consistently move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Track performance metrics, analyze conversion patterns, and optimize outreach strategies.
- Take ownership of monthly targets and directly contribute to Weekday’s revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team and founders to refine messaging, pitches, and workflows.
