Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing for SaaS platforms and consumer-facing self-service apps.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience working with design systems.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Kanban or Agile methodologies.
- Ability to create user stories and prioritize design work.
- Proficiency in structuring project work in a clean and efficient manner.
- Passionate about creating user-centric experiences with high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Identify product needs and carry out product vision through cross-functional collaboration.
- Prototype simple and intuitive experiences while collaborating with development teams.
- Lead all stages of the design process, including user research, wireframing, and product shipping.
- Express concepts through mockups and vet them with peers.
- Serve as the voice of user engagement and campaign management across departments.
- Coordinate with design team members to enhance user engagement for new and existing products.
- Facilitate self-identified product opportunities as a proactive problem solver.
- Partner with engineers, QA, leadership, and customer-facing teams to deliver business value.
- Work with the Product Design Director to help grow the Platform Squad.
