Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field.
- Experience designing SaaS or web-based applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving and workflow optimization.
- Expertise in user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
- Strong understanding of information architecture and usability principles.
- Experience designing for complex, multi-step workflows.
- Proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, reliability, and organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior and identify friction points throughout the client journey.
- Conduct usability testing and user research to understand pain points.
- Create user journeys, process maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Simplify complex workflows and improve task completion rates.
- Design new product features from concept through implementation.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate requirements into solutions.
- Develop high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Establish and maintain a scalable design system.
- Define and track UX success metrics to drive design decisions.
