Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical presales, technical account management, professional services, customer success engineering, or identity/IAM consulting.
- Working familiarity with identity security concepts across human, nonhuman, and AI identities.
- Experience deploying and operating connectors or integrations between security platforms and identity data sources.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a customer portfolio in a metrics-driven environment.
- Experience in Success Plans, customer health scoring, action tracking, and issue resolution.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience with identity providers (Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, Ping) and SSO/Federation (SAML, OIDC).
- Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, service principals, workload identity, and machine-to-machine authentication.
- Understanding of agentic-AI platforms, CIEM, ITDR, ISPM, PAM, IGA, and nonhuman identity management.
- Proficiency in SQL or scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
- Knowledge of Cloud IAM in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end adoption of BeyondTrust Identity Security Insights across an assigned portfolio of licensed customers.
- Build and execute per-customer Success Plans with explicit milestones for connector go-live, identity discovery, and posture recommendations.
- Establish a recurring engagement cadence to drive customer usage habits.
- Improve adoption across the full Insights connector catalog including identity providers, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Translate Insights findings into customer-language risk narratives and prioritized remediation plans.
- Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Success Management, and Product to surface adoption risks and product feedback.
- Contribute to enablement assets like runbooks, configuration guides, and dashboards.
