Requirements
- Proven experience working within a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce environment.
- Demonstrated success managing and executing content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Solid working knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce ecosystems.
- Strong background in e-commerce customer support.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and brand voice.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive self-starter with organizational agility.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and maintain a consistent content calendar across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
- Design and develop basic marketing content, posts, and visual assets while ensuring brand consistency.
- Drive social media engagement by monitoring channels, responding to comments, and interacting with messages.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize growth.
- Manage inbound customer inquiries across email, chat, and social helpdesks.
- Assist with day-to-day Shopify store management and order processing.
- Create customer email content and build communication flows to enhance retention.
- Support SEO initiatives and report on recurring customer feedback or product issues.
