Requirements
- Proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or Digital Marketer.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and PPC management.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
- Create compelling content for product descriptions, social media, and email campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Optimize website content and product listings for search engines and manage PPC campaigns.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve customer inquiries.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
