  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and PPC management.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
  • Create compelling content for product descriptions, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Optimize website content and product listings for search engines and manage PPC campaigns.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with followers.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
