Responsibilities

  • Manage all product listings on Amazon and BWP, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and brand consistency
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels across platforms; coordinate restocking and updates with the warehouse team
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and reviews
  • Track store performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee order processing, fulfillment coordination, and returns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies
  • Maintain and analyze daily performance logs using Excel or similar tools
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational best practices
