Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent project planning, prioritization, and risk management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing requirements and industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer objectives, priorities, policies, systems, and rollout plans.
  • Configure Pleo software, including user activation, limits, cards, and integrations.
  • Integrate Pleo with customer accounting systems and assist with testing.
  • Provide consulting, share best practices, and conduct training to drive user adoption.
  • Maintain relationships, gather feedback, and track CSAT scores.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to surface patterns and enhance product-led onboarding journeys.
  • Contribute to team projects to scale the onboarding process.
