Requirements

- Experience with software configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial workflows, and tax codes.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent project planning, prioritization, and risk management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to adapt to changing requirements and industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer objectives, priorities, policies, systems, and rollout plans.
- Configure Pleo software, including user activation, limits, cards, and integrations.
- Integrate Pleo with customer accounting systems and assist with testing.
- Provide consulting, share best practices, and conduct training to drive user adoption.
- Maintain relationships, gather feedback, and track CSAT scores.
- Collaborate with internal teams to surface patterns and enhance product-led onboarding journeys.
- Contribute to team projects to scale the onboarding process.
