Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in content writing, proposal management, project management, or public procurement.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience reviewing and interpreting regulations, procurement materials, or city planning documents.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple fast-moving priorities under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to work effectively across regions and diverse communication styles.
- Adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end proposal management across RFPs, RFIs, and permits including kickoff, timeline development, stakeholder coordination, and submission.
- Analyze procurement documents to identify priorities, criteria, and requirements, translating them into actionable strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across multiple countries and time zones to gather insights and align stakeholders.
- Write clear, compelling, and strategically tailored content for city-facing submissions, owning the full review and revision cycle.
- Improve internal proposal infrastructure, including best practices, templates, and content libraries to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Travel occasionally to key markets for pre-tender workshops and local planning sessions.
