Requirements

  • Experienced delivery leader with 10+ years in consulting, client services, or delivery management roles.
  • Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements with accountability for outcomes, margins, and overall delivery success.
  • Strong client management instincts with the ability to navigate difficult conversations and build long-term trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and mentoring high-performing delivery or project management teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Solid commercial acumen, including understanding of revenue forecasting, margin management, and professional services economics.
  • Strong operational discipline with experience maintaining accurate, structured, and decision-ready delivery reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, bridging business needs with technical execution.
  • Background in data, AI, or technology consulting environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery leadership across a portfolio of complex client engagements, ensuring quality, scope, timeline, resourcing, and financial performance are consistently managed and optimized.
  • Serve as the senior client-facing delivery leader, building trusted relationships across executive stakeholders and ensuring alignment throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Act as escalation point for delivery risks and client issues, providing clear judgment, structured problem-solving, and timely resolution.
  • Oversee delivery health across accounts, maintaining visibility into engagement status, margin performance, and operational risks.
  • Coach and develop a team of delivery practitioners, strengthening their client management skills, delivery judgment, and communication effectiveness.
  • Partner with growth and sales leadership to identify expansion opportunities grounded in delivery reality and client trust.
  • Drive consistency in delivery standards, sharing best practices and ensuring a unified client experience across engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with technical leaders to ensure delivery plans align with technical feasibility and long-term scalability.
