Requirements

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a client-first mindset.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into measurable outcomes.
- Ability to work independently with high ownership in a remote-first, outcome-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret market needs.
- Regional language proficiency is an advantage depending on territory coverage.
- Must have access to a personal laptop and phone.
- Willingness to travel or use a personal vehicle is preferred.
- Strong motivation to work at the intersection of legal services and AI-driven innovation.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage regional or sector-based sales pipelines, driving consistent growth in opportunities and conversions.
- Conduct high-impact product presentations, demos, and negotiations with legal professionals, enterprises, and institutional clients.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with law firms, organizations, and other key stakeholders in the legal ecosystem.
- Provide insights on market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.
- Support revenue generation by building strong, trust-based client relationships and long-term engagement strategies.
- Mentor interns and junior associates, contributing to capability development within the team.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market approaches and expand market reach.
