Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in legal industry leadership, B2B SaaS, legal-tech sales, enterprise consulting, or law firm management/partnership roles.
- Strong understanding of legal ecosystems, enterprise sales cycles, and stakeholder management at senior levels.
- Proven experience in driving growth strategies, managing teams, and delivering revenue outcomes in competitive markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate legal expertise into scalable business solutions.
- Experience in client-facing roles with exposure to institutional or enterprise partnerships is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first, outcome-driven environment with strong ownership mindset.
- Regional language proficiency is a strong advantage for stakeholder engagement across India.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional or national growth strategy initiatives, driving expansion, partnerships, and revenue generation across assigned markets.
- Manage, mentor, and scale the Legal Solutions team to ensure high performance, alignment, and execution excellence.
- Build and maintain enterprise-level relationships, including law firms, institutions, and large B2B clients, to drive adoption and long-term partnerships.
- Represent the organization in senior negotiations, industry forums, and client engagements, acting as a key ambassador for the business.
- Contribute to shaping pricing models, go-to-market strategies, and overall commercial positioning of legal-tech solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product capabilities with client needs and market opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions and expansion planning.
