Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in contract management, legal, or procurement (or 3+ years with equivalent legal qualification).
- Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in sales, SaaS, or procurement contexts.
- Proven ability to independently lead contract negotiations and engage with senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of commercial risk assessment, contract structuring, and compliance considerations.
- Proficiency with enterprise tools such as Jira, spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and contract management systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Experience with cloud, data privacy, IP, or software licensing is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with SaaS, cloud computing, or global technology environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the review, drafting, and redlining of commercial contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and SaaS agreements.
- Independently negotiate terms with clients, partners, and suppliers while balancing commercial objectives and risk.
- Provide senior-level guidance on high-value agreements and escalate complex issues to leadership as needed.
- Manage contract lifecycle activities and ensure accurate documentation and records management.
- Collaborate with legal operations to improve workflows, templates, and governance processes.
- Conduct peer reviews of contract redlines to support quality improvement.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives such as acquisitions and enterprise deals.
- Evaluate and support the implementation of legal technology and AI-enabled solutions.
