Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in supply chain, order management, or business process roles within a regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of Order to Cash processes and end-to-end supply chain interdependencies.
- Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with enterprise systems, data flows, and process management tools.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks including CSV, SOX, and GxP requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
- Experience with Lean, Process Excellence, or continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
- CSCP certification and experience in Surgery, EP, or Neuro business processes are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support multiple moderate-to-complex Order to Cash projects, applying deep process knowledge, system expertise, and project management capabilities.
- Act as a key advisor on large-scale initiatives, supporting cross-functional teams across Surgery, Electrophysiology, and Neuro business areas.
- Serve as subject matter authority for OTC processes, providing guidance, issue resolution, and status updates to business and IT stakeholders.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate operational risks and process disruptions caused by business, system, or industry changes.
- Design, document, and maintain end-to-end OTC business process flows within enterprise systems.
- Lead business simulation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities for process and system enhancements.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and IT standards while balancing operational efficiency and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Process Excellence methodologies to enhance performance and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Commercial, IT, and Compliance teams to ensure integrated and compliant process execution.
