- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance or similar field, or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years experience in Demand Planning (SIOP) or Procurement roles
- 7 years of experience in capital budgeting and forecasting
- 7 years of experience in supplier management and negotiations
- 7 years of experience with SAP and inventory management software
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time domestically
Responsibilities
- Sales, inventory and operational planning (SIOP)
- Manage OEMs including pricing negotiations, SLA performance, and market share
- Forecast collaboration between supply chain, sales, marketing, product, and finance
- De-risk supply disruptions and delays
- Minimize excess and obsolete inventory
- New product introduction (NPI) planning
