Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance or similar field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years experience in Demand Planning (SIOP) or Procurement roles
- 5 years of experience in managing excess and obsolete inventory
- 5 years of experience with SAP and inventory management software (e.g., Warehouse management system)
- Understanding of forecasting dynamics associated with equipment returns and reuse
- Experience in supply chain network optimization and equipment refurbishment and repair
- Experience using advanced demand planning applications (e.g., Blue Yonder, o9, Kinaxsis)
- Familiarity with telecommunications inventory challenges and regulations
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with OEMs to exceed SLA performance and market share targets
- Forecast collaboration between supply chain, sales, marketing, product and finance
- De-risk supply disruptions & delays
- Minimize excess and obsolete inventory
- Build and analyze equipment forecasts
- Make recommendations on inventory targets and equipment rebalancing
