Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday implementation experience across HR, Financial, or Student Information Systems.
- Strong end-to-end implementation background with proven experience in enterprise-scale deployments.
- Deep understanding of Workday architecture, configuration, and integration within complex business environments.
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor others and contribute to team development in a consulting or delivery environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution design activities during the sales and pre-sales lifecycle, ensuring Workday-based architectures align with client needs and delivery feasibility.
- Act as a Workday subject matter expert, supporting business development efforts by qualifying opportunities and contributing to proposal development.
- Support transition from sales to delivery by ensuring solution clarity, accurate scoping, and alignment with implementation teams.
- Provide effort estimation, staffing input, and architectural guidance for complex Workday implementation programs.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, contributing to knowledge sharing, capability development, and team growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to support marketing, client presentations, and industry events showcasing Workday solutions.
