Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in system administration or infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Linux system administration and production troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP).
- Experience with scripting languages (Python and/or Shell) for automation.
- Familiarity with infrastructure components like load balancers, reverse proxies, CDNs, and web accelerators.
- Experience with monitoring, incident response, and cloud performance optimization.
- Understanding of automation and configuration management principles.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Ability to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills for fast-paced, agile environments.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Plan, document, and maintain cloud hosting architectures including capacity planning and network design.
- Build and deploy AWS-based systems through installation, configuration, testing, and validation.
- Implement automation and configuration management for scalable infrastructure.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability with optimization tuning.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues across Linux, networks, and cloud environments.
- Manage system security through access controls and monitoring tool implementation.
- Maintain documentation for internal and client systems.
- Respond to incidents and support tickets per SLA requirements.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for operational continuity.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve cloud reliability and efficiency.
