Requirements

Epic Bridges Certification with extensive hands-on experience in data migration projects
Proven track record of successful end-to-end (E2E) Epic-to-Epic data conversions
Strong working knowledge of InterSystems Ensemble for integration and transformation workflows
Experience leading scoping, discovery, and execution phases of complex data conversion initiatives
Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and clinical stakeholder groups
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset
Experience working in healthcare IT environments
Familiarity with InterSystems Caché development is a plus
Experience handling clinical datasets such as notes, imaging data, or MQSA-related data is an advantage
Strong communication skills and ability to operate independently in remote project settings

Responsibilities

Lead discovery, scoping, and execution phases of end-to-end Epic data conversion projects
Extract, map, transform, load, and validate historical data from legacy Epic systems into new environments
Utilize Epic Bridges to support structured and compliant data migration workflows
Leverage InterSystems Ensemble to facilitate integration and seamless data transformation processes
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to resolve complex data mapping and conversion challenges
Validate data accuracy and completeness across migrated datasets, including clinical and operational records
Support project teams with a proactive, solution-oriented approach throughout the conversion lifecycle
