Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior operations leadership roles such as COO, VP of Operations, General Manager, or equivalent.
  • Experience operating in high-growth entrepreneurial environments, ideally scaling businesses from $5M–$10M+ revenue and beyond.
  • Strong track record of leading teams, department heads, and cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Hands-on experience in hiring, performance management, coaching, and organizational development.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional rigor in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Demonstrated success in building systems, processes, and scalable operational infrastructure.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including forecasting, planning, and operational analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong executive presence.
  • Proven ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions under ambiguity.
  • Experience supporting founder-led or coaching/education, content-driven, or launch-based businesses is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with EOS or similar operating systems, as well as automation, AI tools, and modern operational technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with company priorities and strategic goals.
  • Partner closely with the founder as a strategic integrator, translating vision into clear execution plans and operational outcomes.
  • Manage department heads, driving accountability, performance standards, and consistent execution across teams.
  • Build and optimize scalable systems, processes, and workflows to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee execution of launches, initiatives, and cross-functional strategic projects from planning through delivery.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, talent development, and performance management across the organization.
  • Drive operational planning, forecasting, and reporting to support leadership decision-making and business visibility.
  • Monitor key business metrics, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance performance and scalability.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across leadership teams to ensure organizational cohesion and execution discipline.
  • Support ongoing operational frameworks (including EOS where applicable) and strengthen internal accountability rhythms.
  • Identify and implement automation, AI tools, and technology solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the founder on strategy, execution, and organizational development.
