Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, contracts administration, channel operations, or commercial operations.
- Proven experience working with dealer, distributor, reseller, or channel partner networks.
- Strong expertise in pricing strategy, financial analysis, margin optimization, and commercial decision-making.
- Experience managing contract lifecycle processes, including negotiation support, renewals, compliance, and documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or dealer management systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Salesforce.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% as required.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize dealer pricing programs, discount structures, rebate initiatives, and promotional pricing strategies.
- Analyze pricing performance, margin trends, and competitive positioning to support strategic pricing decisions.
- Review, approve, and govern special pricing requests, dealer incentives, and pricing exceptions.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of dealer contracts, including drafting, renewals, and compliance tracking.
- Partner with legal, finance, and sales teams to ensure accurate contract execution.
- Lead operational improvements across dealer workflows, including order management and claims processing.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, dashboards, and KPI reporting for dealer performance and compliance.
- Serve as a cross-functional liaison to ensure alignment on channel strategy.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, audits, and strategic planning for the dealer network.
