Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CPG foodservice sales, ideally within non-commercial or institutional channels
  • Proven experience working with national and regional distributors and accounts in the foodservice industry
  • Strong understanding of broker management, channel strategy, and field sales execution
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into action
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to travel approximately 60% and work a flexible schedule as needed

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across foodservice and vending channels to drive regional growth and market penetration
  • Manage and optimize broker networks and distributor relationships to expand sales volume and strengthen channel performance
  • Identify new business opportunities and support acquisition of regional and national foodservice accounts
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, pricing structures, and product performance to inform strategic recommendations
  • Coordinate pricing programs, incentives, and promotional initiatives to support revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to execute integrated commercial strategies
  • Deliver product presentations and support customer education to enhance adoption and brand visibility
  • Monitor business performance using analytics tools and provide reporting on sales, budgets, and variances
