Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CPG foodservice sales, ideally within non-commercial or institutional channels
- Proven experience working with national and regional distributors and accounts in the foodservice industry
- Strong understanding of broker management, channel strategy, and field sales execution
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into action
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to travel approximately 60% and work a flexible schedule as needed
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across foodservice and vending channels to drive regional growth and market penetration
- Manage and optimize broker networks and distributor relationships to expand sales volume and strengthen channel performance
- Identify new business opportunities and support acquisition of regional and national foodservice accounts
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, pricing structures, and product performance to inform strategic recommendations
- Coordinate pricing programs, incentives, and promotional initiatives to support revenue growth and customer engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to execute integrated commercial strategies
- Deliver product presentations and support customer education to enhance adoption and brand visibility
- Monitor business performance using analytics tools and provide reporting on sales, budgets, and variances
