Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, channel sales, or healthcare-focused commercial roles.
  • Proven experience working with healthcare ecosystem partners such as health plans, benefits consultants, TPAs, or brokers.
  • Demonstrated success in generating and closing pipeline or revenue through partner-led channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with experience engaging executive and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to evaluate performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
  • Comfort balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage strategic relationships across assigned channel partners, including health plans, benefits consultants, TPAs, and brokers.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies, setting clear goals, activation plans, and performance metrics.
  • Identify, develop, and convert partner-sourced pipeline opportunities into revenue.
  • Lead onboarding, business reviews, and ongoing relationship management to maximize partner engagement.
  • Build structured reporting frameworks and performance dashboards to track success.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Clinical, and Customer Success teams.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external executives.
