Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, channel sales, or healthcare-focused commercial roles.
- Proven experience working with healthcare ecosystem partners such as health plans, benefits consultants, TPAs, or brokers.
- Demonstrated success in generating and closing pipeline or revenue through partner-led channels.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with experience engaging executive and C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to evaluate performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
- Comfort balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage strategic relationships across assigned channel partners, including health plans, benefits consultants, TPAs, and brokers.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies, setting clear goals, activation plans, and performance metrics.
- Identify, develop, and convert partner-sourced pipeline opportunities into revenue.
- Lead onboarding, business reviews, and ongoing relationship management to maximize partner engagement.
- Build structured reporting frameworks and performance dashboards to track success.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Clinical, and Customer Success teams.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external executives.
