- 10+ years of experience, including prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, and/or Strategy & Operations roles in high-growth companies
- Proven track record of owning and delivering high-impact, end-to-end growth initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, unit economics, and performance analysis
- Ability to operate as both a strategist and hands-on operator
- Exceptional structured thinking, with the ability to simplify complex, ambiguous problems
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity
- AI-native mindset, with experience leveraging AI tools to redesign workflows and scale productivity
- Strong business judgment and intellectual curiosity
- Track record of operating with urgency, ownership, and a strong bias for action
Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and scale growth opportunities across product lines, customer lifecycle stages, and acquisition channels
- Lead and drive high-impact initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring measurable business outcomes and performance ownership
- Build and evaluate business cases, including modeling unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, margin) to support investment decisions
- Own quarterly planning and OKR processes across consumer-facing functions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships
- Partner with functional leaders to redesign workflows and operations, leveraging AI to improve speed, quality, and scalability
- Drive decision-making frameworks and prioritization systems to ensure resources are allocated to highest ROI opportunities
