Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial experience in functional ingredients, nutrition, or supplements
- Strong knowledge of nutritional supplement technologies, market trends, and regulations
- Proven track record in business development and launching new products
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with strong execution and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and highly collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for the PAH supplements portfolio in the NAMER region
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for targeted accounts and brand owners
- Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline, tracking performance and conversion rates
- Identify customer needs and translate them into product and innovation opportunities
- Collaborate with regulatory, marketing, product management, and scientific teams
- Manage distributor and direct account relationships to maximize market penetration
- Organize customer workshops, industry events, and scientific collaborations
- Oversee budget tracking, reporting, and commercial performance for assigned accounts
- Map customer routes-to-market, including OEM/ODM opportunities
