Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or learning and development.
- Proven experience in software or complex operational environments.
- Experience owning or contributing to training programs across multiple audiences or products.
- Strong understanding and application of adult learning principles.
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., TalentLMS or similar).
- Familiarity with e-learning design tools and content creation software.
- Ability to analyze training effectiveness using data and feedback.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with ability to simplify complex topics.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage priorities and deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to travel 10–15% for client trainings and annual company events.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the end-to-end training ecosystem across internal teams and client-facing audiences.
- Define and manage the training roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business goals and learner needs.
- Build and maintain a structured training catalog and ensure clarity on available programs.
- Identify learning gaps across teams and clients, manage intake requests, and align stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs including onboarding, product training, and implementation support.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical and operational knowledge into engaging content.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance data to iterate on program design.
