Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in operations, RevOps, growth operations, or marketing operations.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize CRM systems and operational tools.
- Strong experience with automation tools and workflow design (e.g., Zapier, Make, or similar).
- High proficiency in data organization, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate independently.
- Experience in fast-moving, early-stage, or high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with AI tools and proactive approach to technology use.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve the core tech stack, including CRM, automation tools, scheduling systems, and communication platforms.
- Build and maintain automations that reduce manual work and improve cross-functional efficiency.
- Ensure CRM accuracy and data integrity while developing dashboards for pipeline and performance visibility.
- Design, document, and continuously improve SOPs and operational playbooks.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks while supporting cross-functional initiatives.
- Partner on strategic projects such as system redesigns and workflow architecture.
