Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS organizations.
- Proven experience building or leading Product Marketing in zero-to-one, early-stage, or hyper-growth companies.
- Strong expertise in product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy development.
- Hands-on experience leading product launches and enabling sales teams with high-impact materials.
- Experience with partner ecosystems, PRM platforms, affiliate networks, or related go-to-market models.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Ability to analyze and act on key metrics such as adoption, attribution, win/loss analysis, and launch performance.
- Strong strategic thinking, storytelling ability, and execution-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Define and refine product positioning, messaging frameworks, and overall market narrative.
- Lead go-to-market and product launch strategies for new features, releases, and expansion initiatives.
- Develop compelling sales enablement materials including pitch decks, playbooks, and training content.
- Build customer-facing narratives such as case studies, ROI stories, and success frameworks.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market research across PRM, ecosystem, and partner-led growth platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment.
- Define key Product Marketing success metrics including adoption, win rates, launch performance, and expansion impact.
- Establish scalable frameworks to support the future growth of the Product Marketing organization.
