- Demonstrated leadership, project management, and workload prioritization skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align creative initiatives to business objectives and key performance indicators.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Professional English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
- Experience within live-streaming, social networking, or digital entertainment sectors is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of creative marketing strategies aligned with user acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
- Generate, refine, and oversee advertising concepts and creative assets across multiple products and campaigns.
- Manage, mentor, and expand a team of creative professionals, including designers and creative marketing specialists.
- Coordinate creative production workflows to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
- Partner closely with user acquisition teams to align creative initiatives with performance marketing goals.
- Establish and optimize testing frameworks for creative experimentation, using performance insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor creative performance metrics, provide actionable recommendations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture through coaching, feedback, and team development activities.
