Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing management, project leadership, account management, or client-facing marketing roles.
  • Proven ability to build marketing strategies, define KPIs, and develop execution roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts or brands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to lead discussions, influence decisions, and build trust.
  • Solid experience in budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking across marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Figma, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, results-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead end-to-end marketing strategies for assigned clients, including defining priorities, roadmaps, KPIs, and execution plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading strategic discussions, managing expectations, and providing clear, data-informed recommendations.
  • Oversee project delivery across multiple brands and campaigns, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure quality, timelines, and alignment.
  • Monitor performance across initiatives, track KPIs, and deliver clear reporting and insights to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth execution of marketing activities by managing scope, resolving challenges, and maintaining accountability across contributors.
  • Translate client goals into structured, actionable marketing plans that drive measurable outcomes and business impact.
  • Support continuous improvement of processes, ensuring efficiency, clarity, and consistency across all active projects.
